Whether you're planning a wedding or a small
birthday party for 20, you NEED to come up with a solid party
plan. So for now put all those party decorating ideas aside, so
that you can create a plan without any distractions in your
head. Okay, let's get started.
Step One
First off, what is the MAXIMUM that you can spend on this party
or special event?
Step Two
You need to figure out all the "W's" of your special event or
party. They are:
Who - Who is your event or party for? Are your guest only
adults? Will there be children? Is your party for women only?
What - What is your party or special event? Examples: Wedding,
birthday party, corporate event, family reunion.
When - What month will your party or special event take place?
What day of the week will your party/special event take place?
What time of day will your special event start and end?
Where - Where will your event take place? And possible locations
where you can host your event.
Why - What is the reason you are putting on this party or
special event? e.g., getting married, son's birthday party, baby
shower.
