Polyester kings and queens, it's time to put on your platform dancing shoes and boogie oogie to your 70's disco party.

Guests Must Wear 70's Disco Attire

It's a must! When creating your disco invitations tell the guests that they must come dressed in their 70's disco best. We recommend that you also slip in a small information sheet on what type of attire goes with the disco party, for example:

70's Table Setting Ideas



For your tables we suggest you use solid metallic table coverings in shades such as, purple, blue, and silver. For your center pieces you can use mini disco balls or use fiber optic lights. To complete your table tops attach sparkly silver table skirts and randomly add disco theme table sprinkles, or colorful confetti.

Of course nothing is complete without having the 70's disco music baby! You'll want to bust out some disco tunes, such as:

You can have a dance off contest. The winner gets the golden star statue ( and why not throw in some real money, too).

Disco Party Favors

Be creative when choosing your party favors. A great idea we came up with is burning 70's disco tunes to blank CD's, and then decorating the plastic CD covers by gluing small Swarovski crystals to them. You could even print out personalized labels to the cover and also add the Swarovski crystals as a border.
